Every success story begins with a vision. For J Infratech Limited, that journey began in 2005, when Shri Hari Niwas, our Founder and Promoter, set up Jandu Construction Co., a partnership firm in Sirsa, Haryana, focused on road construction.
Over two decades, the business has grown into an integrated engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company focused on roads, highways and bridges. The firm was converted into Jandu Construction India Private Limited in 2019. It was renamed JInfratech Private Limited and became a public limited company, J Infratech Limited, in 2024.
Today, J Infratech executes projects on EPC and Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) basis across 16 states and three union territories. As of July 31, 2026, it had completed 35 projects and was executing 46 projects. Based on Fiscal 2026 revenue CAGR of 39%, it is the fastest growing EPC infrastructure player among its peer group (Source: CARE Report).
Guided by its vision of Growing Together, J Infratech is powered by a workforce of 577 employees and an owned fleet of 980 machines, equipment and vehicles. Together they build highways that connect cities, people and businesses across India, with a steady focus on quality and timely execution.

J Infratech is an integrated engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company focused on roads, highways and bridges. It has a track record of executing large-scale road development projects with specialised structures across India. It executes projects on EPC and Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) basis, covering highways, bridges, flyovers and related structures. It also undertakes operation and maintenance and toll-collection projects.
ROUTE TO SUCCESS
The seeds for J Infratech Limited continually evolving stature were sown by its dynamic Chairman, Shri H.N. Jandu. An entrepreneur, visionary and philanthropist, Shri Jandu laid the foundation stone for his future achievements in 2005 when he started working with the Haryana PWD on water supply irrigation filtration projects.
This entity evolved into a formally incorporated private limited company in 2019 and its revenue and reputation continue to grow hand-in-hand.
